Credit Counseling

Our confidential, low-cost credit counseling services are available to anyone, regardless of income. Our trained counselors help you understand your credit report and develop a plan to improve your creditworthiness. You’ll receive a Tri-Merge Credit Report (combining Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion data) that won’t affect your score—it’s a “soft inquiry.”
Cost: $60 (includes report and analysis) To get started, email administration@vvcdo.com with “Credit Counseling” in the subject line.

Financial Coaching

Our certified financial coaches can help you create a realistic plan to reach your goals—whether you’re saving for a home, paying off debt, or improving your credit.

Financial coaching can help you:

  • Reach your financial goals
  • Improve money management skills
  • Increase savings and reduce debt
  • Build credit and confidence
  • Enhance overall financial well-being

Housing Counseling

Buying a home can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone. Our certified, bilingual housing counselors help you understand the homebuying process, qualify for the best loan, and access financial assistance programs. We provide guidance on working with lenders, agents, and title companies, review loan and purchase documents, and help you make informed decisions every step of the way.
